Hardwood Veneers, a subsidiary of Stenersen Corporation,
was founded in 1985 by Bill Hook. Bill has spent his entire
career in the Forest Products industry, starting in 1980.

company's roots are in the export of North American Round Logs.
Starting from a small log concentration facility in Maryland,
the company has grown into a fully integrated Forest Products
company, actively engaged in many facets of the wood industry
on a global basis.
Hook Hardwood
Veneers joined forces with Stenersen Corporation in 1995.
Stenersen Corporation, a member of the Hardwood Plywood and
Veneer Association, has been active in the production, import,
export and distribution of veneers for 150 years.
Hook Hardwood
Veneers and Stenersen Corporation are contributors to the
Hardwood Forestry Fund promoting reforestation.
